Subaru Australia were unable to supply parts for nine months which I considered to be totally unacceptable for a current model vehicle a *** Subaru Outback, *** and Adams were forced to store the vehicle at their expense, and were in constant communication with me throughout the process, even though it wasn’t their fault. If I was in the market for a new car, I wouldn’t consider Subaru. Most manufacturers run a system where it’s called VOR, which means “vehicle off road” so they expedite parts supply.
Subaru Australia does not do this, so you need to bear this in mind if you’re looking at buying a new car.

But the vehicle has finally been returned to its pre collision condition and the staff are very concerned and you can see they care about the customer.
But my issue isn’t with *** and Adams, it’s with Subaru Australia for making me wait for nine months for parts, which I find unacceptable on a current model vehicle.
