We really appreciate it when we receive great service. Firstly we were impressed with Murray who did the sale, measure and drawings with good knowledge of the products. Than there was Ian the installer early starter great bloke and professional tradesman who presented us with a fantastic carport. Really happy with the result and many thanks Apollo

The salesman, supervisor and the installer did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the finished patio. The only negative was with the administration. Everyone we spoke too prior to construction made a commitment to have the patio constructed before we left for overseas,but it wasn't. I am fully aware that weather etc can impact construction however the first date we were given for construction to begin could not have seen the job completed without the installer working over the weekend. The initial start date was the latest possible for the job to be completed on time. Then weather impacted the start date leaving no flexibility. The installer worked all weekend and for long hours but just fell short, he did everything he could and I do not blame him in anyway. The problem was the start date never allowed for any hold up what so ever.
