I was very happy with my repairs and the up to date letting me know how it was going.

The workshops in Thomastown looks very professional. The updates provided over the phone were also very professional, providing a high level of confidence with the overall repair process. Staff immediately saw to every request, even including a final clean of my vehicle upon pickup.

The repairs were done very well and car looks great. Timeframe for repairs was a bit disappointing thought. Took alot longer than I anticipated. Other than that I am happy with results

Car was meant to be ready on 14Mar. No call received until that afternoon saying due to further delays, car wouldn’t be ready till 15Mar. On 15Mar, I get a call at 3pm saying transmission fluid didn’t arrive so car wouldn’t be ready until after the weekend, which caused an inconvenience as I had planned to use my car getting to multiple events. Get a call on 18Mar morning saying my car is ready for pickup and the operator organised me an Uber which was great. However when I picked up my car, it was very close to empty on fuel. The fuel needle was right at the end and the onboard computer said 0kms of range left. Not sure how I made it to the nearest petrol station. The person who gave me my keys back didn’t mention anything about the fuel level, so I was quite surprised (in a not nice way) by this.
I understand the delays associated with getting parts from other suppliers but the overall experience was rather mediocre especially with the fuel situation after getting the car.
