I would not recommend. My dog had 3 weeks training with Coltrandi.. when she arrived home she was visibly unwell and had a skin infection all over her body. The vet confirmed she had 3 different infections, yeast, bacterial and conjunctivitis. The infections were very prevalent and stood out to the human eye but all 3 (seperate infections) were left untreated for up to 3 weeks. I had taken my dog to the vet 1 week prior to her training, she was assessed and was in perfect health (documented). It has taken months to get her back to good health and has cost me close to $***. Coltrandi have taken no responsibility for the undoubted neglect of my dog and the excuses for her condition were ridiculous and somehow my fault. To top everything off I was threatened with defamation if I posted any photos of my dog on social media or if I wrote a review about my experience. I paid $*** only to pick my dog up looking like this, so disappointed.

I have been using Coltrandi for approx. 15 years. Firstly with my old dog *** and now with ***. *** is always professional and friendly. He and his staff have such a good way with the dogs. My border collie also did her obedience training there back in 2011. I would and have recommended them to many people.

We have had a great experience with Coltrandi. We have placed our *** at other boarding kennels and have not been very impressed with the treatment of him, however at Coltrandi i felt Toby was more settled and relaxed when he came home and not aggitated which is a huge indication of the care and treatment he would have received at Coltrandi. Thank you for taking good care of our family pet.

I always feel confident and relaxed leaving my dog Roxy at Coltrandi. The staff are very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure Roxy has a great time while she is with them. I would thoroughly recommend them for both boarding and training. The staff are awesome.

Great caring management and staff. My furbabies always come home from Coltrandi looking and smelling great....always excited to see the staff when we return! Highly recommend!
