They are really professional and they attended me on time and cleaned very efficiently, industriously and thoroughly. I hired them for a hourly cleaning and they did an excellent job on my property. The shower was cleaned better than I have ever been able to. I was most impressed, and look forward to them coming again.

i had the worst experience with this company!! you would never show up on time and the communication was terrible, the cleaners left our house completely unlocked and in a disgusting state and the carpet cleaner claimed the carpet was steamed cleaned but it was NOT i had to get another carpet cleaner to come in and do the carpets and they came up amazing!!! i am not impressed at all, this company is a rip off, totally unprofessional. i wouldn't reccommend this service to anyone!!! we ended up having to do the bond clean completely ourselves, when the cleaners came back they were rude and were in a rush, we asked them to re clean things as per the realestates request and they did an awful job again, no suprise, we had to ask them to re clean things 3 - 4 times and they would say that it wouldn't come out or couldn't be cleaned so we ended up cleaning the house right in front of them anyway to show that yes it could be cleaned they were just lazy. awful experience.

This is the worst company ever!!! I booked a bond cleaning service 3 weeks before the due date and I paid it. They did not come on that morning at 8 am but according to the confirmation sheet they should have been there. They arrived at 2.30 pm. The cleaners did not have any stuff. They said I should provide everything. It is unacceptable. This is a bond cleaning and this is an empty place. The two cleaners gave a call to the “boss” who arrived after half an hour. So I had to wait again. This “boss” made me sure I do not need to worries they are going to finish with the work on that day and the next morning will come the carpet cleaner. Next morning I went to take a look to see what they did. The result made me extremely angry. They did nothing. The walls were not washed, the bathroom and the windows were not cleaned at all, carpet was not vacuumed, the shelves and the blinds were dusty, and the garage was not swept. Furthermore they locked the door but they said they going to leave it unclocked for the carpet cleaner. I told them I am going to Perth next day morning and I have to provide back the keys to the agency. So they did not give any chance to complete this job. I had run a cleaning business successfully and I really know what the property agency’s requirements are. The work that this company provided was far-far below the acceptable level.
These cleaners are not capable to do this job. The workers in the office do not communicate effectively with the cleaners. I just cannot believe how could this company exist.

Professional and did a really good job!

Most of the cleaning was done and the quality was excellent. The furniture in the balcony was not cleaned nor the light domes were not dusted.

I was informed only upon equiry that the domes could npt be opened. I wish I was informed on the very day pf cleaning and I would have organized something.

Overall, I'm happy with the cleaning.
