My Strata Manager, *** is always very approachable, helpful and responds to any queries promptly. I've found him very knowledgeable, as well as friendly.
As an example, I contacted him about a roof leak, he got back to me within an hour of me raising my concerns to advise that he had organised someone to come out and look at it later on that day. It was reassuring that my concern was handled with such efficiency.
I'm sure he has many other properties to look after, however, in my case, it seemed like our property was his only priority.
