Great location bus out front to get to eg Cable beach or town . They also supple shuffle service pool was great staff very helpful and friendly

Good place for the price with a nice chill vibe but my only issue was the wifi didn’t work in our room.

The staff are friendly but there were ** guests running around, being noisy and making it hard to sleep. i had paid for late checkout so my elderly father could sleep in after attending the ** and wake the day before but the noise of the kids made us leave early. Free Wifi was advertised but no wifi was available- this is the third time I have stayed with you where there was no connection for wifi . I had to also ask for my second room to be opened when I had paid for two rooms. I realise none of these complaints are on the shoulders of the staff who were fantastic.

The reception staff were friendly, polite, informative, attentive, and very helpful , particularly in response to an unexpected request to extend my stay due to inclement weather. The self contained room was well appointed, spacious, and quiet. The laundry facilities were efficient although a debit/credit card option would also be useful rather than using coins. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.
