I couldn't figure out why my printer was leaving ink on the edges of my pages until a guy at a printer service shop told me about the ink potty. Unfortunately, his shop didn't work on small printers like mine. I searched for videos on how to change the potty, then found your company online. The cost in dollars and time was so much better than replacing the printer. Thank you!

On your site, it wasn't clear to me how to check for the right potty for my printer - evidently the same potty model is used in many printers (mine is an Epson XP-800).
The process of ordering, paying for and downloading the key was pretty straightforward - and I was aided by the brilliant video (https://youtu.be/Whrh3KJ0S-E?si=LKE4an012ncMetlm) I watched.
One hiccup was that google was suspicious of the downloaded file. I opened a different browser and downloaded the file again, which eliminated that problem.
I can't tell you how very happy I am that I could "fix" my computer on my own with your help!

The printer potty arrived. I followed the you tube instructions and fitted it and now my printer is working again

All items received, flush clip leaked but Martin sent out a new one right away.

The replacement ink pad pack from PrinterPotty fitted perfectly and the installation video on line was very instructive. I will use them again to avoid having to throw away a perfectly good printer.

Couldn't have improved anything, easy to choose the correct item from the website, it arrived quickly, and the instructions (both included in the package and YouTube links) made the whole process completely seamless. Such thorough information, it predicted all the pitfalls and problems. Would definitely recommend
