Very quick service, while the product is easy to make yourself, they offer a quality product and worth the price. They shipped quickly and even thought it was international it was delivered quickly. This is the second one I have bought. was better on the Cannon because the counter can be reset via software, but that is not their fault.

The waste ink reset worked exactly as advertised. The app runs you through everything step by step and makes it easy to be successful. The purchase of the key and the key delivery were both seamless.

I'd put off the process of installing the new ink pads because it looked pretty complicated and messy (I'm 72, fairly tech savvy, but not too computer savvy). Took the additional precaution of having a spare piece of A4 scrap paper and wrote down the step that I was at - pierced the paper with the screw that I removed and noted whether the screw was chrome or black. I made a slight error on re-assembly because I forgot I had removed a front upper and a front lower cover...... Otherwise, all was fine. Resetting the key to remove the Epson error code looked terrifying, but the screen guide worked perfectly. No need to update drivers for the USB cable install.
