The container for collecting the wasted ink is good and the pipes supplied are easy to fit. The whole process was explained well and with a few minor blips was relatively esay for a moderate novice techie. The code for resetting the printer also worked well.

The actual physical act of replacing the ink pads was very easy by following the video - it took me 15 mins however, using the reset code was not so simple. I did it eventually but that part of it took me over an hour. Still wouldn't hesitate to recommend OctoInkjet as the printer is reset and working perfectly again. Spending less than £20 saved me £200.
