i bought gold in good faith on 14/10/2025 to put away for my grankids i was required to forward id, was rejected rang call centre and told they could not help,because all the staff were busy but would mark it urgent, when i asked if i could speak to a manager he was out the office on two more days the same answers again no callback. on the 16 and 17 again completed id checks, then rang again on 20 same, no way to treat buyers I SPENT £***, a callback could have been
worth ***.
